A new Canadian study has found when not acknowledged or appreciated it is bad for our physical heart. The study recognised this type of social interaction and behaviour as harmful to our heart health.

Sighting when we feel overworked and undervalued we are more likely to develop arterial fibrillation. Arterial fibrillation makes the heart beat irregularly, leading to dizziness, shortness of breath and tiredness, intensifying risk of stroke. The Canadian report showed employees who reported having a stressful job while being undervalued were 97% more likely to be diagnosed with the above conditions.
